ChiChi Castlenango is a lingerie brand from Paris – a city of fashion and style, mainly focused on providing luxury inner-wear and jewellery crafted with detailed refinement, modernity and elegance. To imitate the brand identity, the client wants to build an ecommerce platform that helps to boost their sales and revenue while expanding the product reachability across the country.
Project Details
After a detailed discussion with the client and some research analysis about its competitor, we put our selection on Shopify to build this unique online clothing and jewellery solution.
- With in-depth research of requirement, we first create a user persona and based on that tried to figure out the user’s need and expectation from this eCommerce store. To do that we had interviewed some of the fashion fanatic people to understand their user behaviour.
- Later we suggested some fresh design theme option to the client to select the best-matched theme for her business and can elevate the brand identity.
- To create a user-friendly design, we had implemented a detailed categorized navigation menu that helps to take the customer to the end product list directly.
- Leveraging Shopify platform, we had integrated the plugins that help the website to be more user friendly and able to provide a smoother user experience.
- Apart from the front-end user-side interface, we had integrated and customized several operational plugins that help the client to run their business smoothly
- With respect to the fashion style industry, we understand the importance of Instagram and hence integrated InstaShop option in the website that allure the fashion lovers from Instagram to buy the luxury fashion attire directly from their Instagram account.
