About Project
Luxe Dressing is one of the leading consignment marketplaces for buying/selling luxury fashion items ranging from accessories like handbags to clothes by reputable fashion labels worldwide. They carefully inspect and select each product displayed or sold on their website to ensure an exceptional purchasing and selling experience for both vendors and customers.
Founded by Leina Kaddouri, a French entrepreneur based in London with a strong inclination towards Fashion. When launching this brand in 2019, she aimed to encourage people to buy their favourite designer pieces second-handed with proper assurance and a great customer experience. Leina approached us with her requirements to create the ideal ecommerce store that reflects the attention paid to luxury and quality assurance at Luxe Dressing.
Project Details
Based on Leina’s vision and the project discussion with our expert ecommerce developers, we came up with the ideal roadmap for Luxe Dressing’s storefront development. We choose Shopify as the ideal platform for Luxe Dressing since it offers some minimalistic and luxurious themes out-of-the-box with a mobile-first design which is essential for any ecommerce store.
- Setting up payment gateways by integrating credible payment methods like Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
- Adding collections as per product categories set by the client
- Error message prompt when any user tries adding more than the available item in the cart
- Product page with product images, description and recommendations
- Universal search bar for searching products related to any keyword across the site
- Selecting the right theme and designing the storefront as per the client's requirement
- Creating a login portal for their users to manage their orders and purchase journeys
- Option to add products to the wishlist
